VISION
To create an estimates program independent of external forces where staff assigned to prepare the state, county, and place population estimates have the freedom to apply sound statistical principles and to use assumptions based on experience, education, and knowledge of solid demographic methodology.
MISSION
The mission of the Estimates Program is to ensure that data users are provided with the best possible population estimates product we can produce, one that enables them to make sound budgetary and operational decisions.
DATA TABLES
Population estimates are published once a year near the end of the calendar year for the State, counties, and incorporated places.
